CCS extends a hearty congratulations to our shortlisted finalists at the prestigious Scottish Care Awards, an event that showcases the pinnacle of dedication and innovation within the health and social care sector. This year’s awards not only highlighted individual and team achievements but also underscored the critical role that quality care services play in our communities.
During the day conference, our esteemed Care Agency, Ailsa Response, took the opportunity to exhibit their expert services to a diverse group of delegates. This setting provided a valuable platform for exchanging knowledge and best practices, further elevating the standard of care. Attendees were also inspired by a host of motivational speakers who shared their insights and experiences, leaving a lasting impact on all present.
The evening’s festivities saw many members of the CCS team come together to celebrate the sector’s successes. We are particularly proud of our Recruitment team, who were honored as finalists in the Care Innovation Award category, showcasing their forward-thinking approaches to recruitment in care. Additionally, two of our dedicated Care Assistants were shortlisted for the Care Worker of the Year award, a testament to their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care.
A highlight of the evening was witnessing Christina Deane receive the Outstanding Achievement Award. Christina’s dedication to care is truly exemplary, having led our Call-In Homecare Ltd. Glasgow service for over 20 years until her retirement last year. Her award is a well-deserved recognition of her enduring impact and exceptional service.
We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to All Care (GB) Ltd., who have been shortlisted as finalists in two categories at The Stars of Social Care Awards. Their care team is recognized in the ‘Above and Beyond’ category, and Kirstie Okeefee from All Care Thames Valley is a finalist for the ‘Inspirational Home Care Manager Award.’ We eagerly anticipate the outcome of these prestigious awards on June 14th and wish them the best of luck.
