Clece Care Services (CCS) recently had the pleasure of hosting a Graduate Assessment Centres in London and Edinburgh, welcoming over fifty bright prospects. Members of our senior team from each region and head office joined the prospective future graduate leaders of CCS for a day of interviews and team-building exercises. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the graduates who participated in the event.
Our Graduate Management Scheme, established in 2017, has successfully onboarded cohorts of talented graduates across all regions within the CCS group. With the guidance of our seasoned teams, these graduates have advanced to become industry frontrunners in their respective roles. Throughout the two-year programme, participants rotate across various roles within the organisation, acquiring essential expertise in key areas such as Operations, HR, and Finance. This rotation is tailored to individual strengths and interests, ensuring both professional growth and personal development.
