Their insights provided guidance on effective marketing strategies for care homes and the lead up to launching new businesses.
The day continued with Ian Parker and Michael Feeney discussing “Ensuring Brand Promise in a Feedback-First World.” They highlighted the need for a strong brand reputation in today’s fast-paced feedback environment.
