The Social Value Quality Mark is an independent accreditation that recognises organisations that place social impact at the heart of their operations.

It reflects a commitment to ethical practices, community engagement, sustainability and creating long-term value for society.

Clece Care Services has successfully embedded social value principles into our strategy, culture and daily practices across all regions of the organisation.

All regions have currently earned the Bronze SVQM which a significant milestone that reflects the positive difference we make through:

  • Supporting vulnerable individuals through person-centred care
  • Partnering with community groups and local suppliers
  • Reducing environmental impact across our operations
  • Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion

This accreditation validates the real social impact created by our teams every day across the UK; from the South East to the North East, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Progressing Towards Silver

We’re excited to share that each of our regional offices is now actively working towards achieving Silver SVQM accreditation. This next stage will focus on further deepening our commitment to measurable outcomes, stakeholder engagement and demonstrating the value of our care services beyond basic provision.

The move to Silver accreditation includes enhanced reporting of social outcomes, stronger collaboration with local authorities and communities and enhancing our innovative approaches to delivering inclusive, sustainable essential services.

Scotland & the Midlands achieve SVQM Silver

We’re delighted to share that Scotland and the Midlands have successfully passed their Social Value Quality Mark (SVQM) Silver audits. This is a major milestone in our commitment to measurable, meaningful social value.

  • Scotland: Read how our team earned SVQM Silver through values-led practice, strong local supply chains and robust staff wellbeing and development initiatives here.

Our other regions are progressing through their audit pathways, with audits due for completion in 2026. We’ll continue to share updates as they are achieved.
