What You'll Do

As a Finance Graduate, you’ll work closely with our Regional Finance Directors. You’ll play a key role in delivering timely and accurate management accounts, conducting variance analysis, and providing financial insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including journal postings and variance analysis
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting for all branches
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and SCIIF reporting
  • Advise on cost reduction and gross margin analysis
  • Supervise billing and payroll journal postings
  • Ensure all financial information and controls are prepared and maintained to group standards
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial queries

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for highly motivated, analytical, and versatile team players with:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Finance & Accounting
  • Hands-on SME accounting experience, including management accounts and accounts receivable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong IT literacy, especially proficiency in Excel
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and initiative
