In the past few weeks, our senior management team asked both staff and service users to nominate colleagues for various awards. This ensured that all voices were heard and that we recognised the diverse contributions of our team members. The nominations were incredibly popular with over 1,000 votes.

A Night to Remember

Last Saturday, the Midlands team gathered to celebrate the winners and hear the stories behind their nominations. The atmosphere on the night was filled with excitement and pride as each award was announced, and the deserving recipients took the stage to receive their prize.
