At Clece Care Services, we are committed to the highest standards of health and safety for our employees, service users, and the wider community. In April 2024, we set ourselves an ambitious goal: achieving ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) certification across the entire Group in just eight months—less than half the typical 18-month timeframe. Thanks to the dedication and hard work of our Regional Companies, we successfully secured certification in December 2024.

This is a significant achievement, ensuring that every member of our team benefits from robust, measurable, and evidence-backed health and safety practices. More importantly, it strengthens our ability to provide safe, high-quality care to those who rely on our services every day.

A True Team Effort

Achieving ISO 45001 required teamwork, collaboration, and meticulous planning. Each region appointed a dedicated Health & Safety Lead, working closely with our Group Health & Safety Lead and expert consultants at AVISO. Together, they coordinated site and remote audits ahead of the UKAS assessments in December. Their commitment and hard work were instrumental in securing our certification, and we are incredibly proud of what we have accomplished.

Continued Success in 2025

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond health and safety. In early 2025, Clece Care Services successfully completed two additional ISO audits:

– ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) – January 2025
– ISO 27001 (Information Security) – February 2025

Both audits were a success, with no Non-Conformances (NCs) found! This is a fantastic result that reflects our dedication to compliance, security, and ethical business practices.
