Why We Use GoSupply

This system allows us to:

  • Strengthen governance and ethical controls across our supplier network
  • Improve environmental and social sustainability within our procurement processes
  • Ensure full transparency across all providers and partners
  • Speed up the management of supplier information, documentation and risk assessment
  • Meet growing regulatory requirements and industry best practices

By centralising provider information, GoSupply helps us work with suppliers who are safe, compliant, reliable and aligned with our social value standards.

Mandatory Supplier Registration

All current and prospective suppliers must register on the GoSupply platform.

Registration is free of charge and is required for:

  • Participating in Clece Care Services tenders
  • Continuing as an approved Clece Care Services provider
  • Processing future purchase orders
  • Submitting or receiving invoices

This ensures that all suppliers meet Clece Care Services’ ethical, financial, legal and sustainability requirements.

Supporting Our Social Value Quality Mark

Our ESG Commitment

Implementing the GoSupply platform is a strategic part of our wider ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) programme. It strengthens our ability to deliver measurable social value across the UK by ensuring our supply chain operates responsibly, ethically and transparently.

Environmental Impact

GoSupply helps us partner with suppliers who actively reduce their environmental footprint. Through verified data on sustainable materials, energy use and waste management practices, we can make informed decisions that support our environmental goals.

Social Responsibility

The platform ensures our providers meet high standards in labour rights, equality, community engagement and staff welfare. These factors are central to our group‑wide social value commitments and support our ambition to deliver positive, people‑focused outcomes.

Stronger Governance

GoSupply enhances accountability across our supply chain by providing verified documentation, compliance checks and continuous monitoring. This improves both transparency and risk management, supporting our long‑term commitment to ethical governance.

Our SVQM Commitment

As Clece Care Services works toward continuous improvement under the Social Value Quality Mark, particularly as regional teams progress toward Silver accreditation, we require auditable evidence of our social value commitments.

Our Role as a Responsible Organisation

By integrating GoSupply into our procurement workflow, we can evidence our commitments with accuracy and confidence. The platform provides the structure and verification needed to not just meet but exceed the standards expected of a socially conscious organisation.

Ethical and Sustainable Procurement

Clece Care Services procurement approach is rooted in responsibility and transparency. We expect our suppliers to uphold the same high standards we set for ourselves, particularly in areas such as:

  • Environmental impact
  • Worker welfare and human rights
  • Data protection and cybersecurity
  • Anti-corruption and fair competition
  • Social value contribution

Suppliers will be asked to review and agree to our Supplier Code of Conduct during registration. This document outlines the principles and behaviours required to work with Clece Care Services.
