What the Graduate Scheme Offers
Our two-year graduate programme is designed to fast-track your development and prepare you for a management role in health and social care. You’ll rotate through multiple departments, gaining first-hand experience in business operations and leadership.

Graduate Pathways for 2025
For the upcoming 2025 intake, CCS is offering three specialist pathways within our UK graduate scheme:
- Operations Graduate Scheme: Build expertise in service delivery, care compliance, and people management.
- Finance Graduate Scheme: Work alongside Regional Finance Directors on budgets, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Facilities Management Graduate Scheme: Support the efficient running of healthcare and corporate environments.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated graduates who want to grow, lead, and make a difference. You’ll need:
- A minimum 2:1 degree (business, management, or related fields preferred, but all disciplines considered).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
